all right this for all those in WoW who want to use addons but have no idea how to install them. this will be a step by step guide to installing them!

OK here goes:

step 1: download your addon to a location so u can find it. the addon will be "addonname.zip" or something like that.

step 2: once its downloaded, if it is in zip format right click the the file and select "extract to file name" this will put the files u extract into a folder marked with that name. if u can't extract it u'll need to download a program called winzip, which u can get from www.winzip.com

step 3: ok, once the files are extracted go into the folder u extracted ur addon, select them, and then click edit on ur toolbar and click copy from the drop down.

step 4: navigate to your world of warcraft folder, by default it should be C:\program files\world of warcraft, in there u will find a folder marked "interface" double click that then double click "addons"

Step 5: click edit menu again and click paste while in the addons folder.

step 6: once its completed log into WoW, and at the character select screen click addons, (located in the bottom left cornor) see if ur addon is listed if it is, make sure its ticked, also check the option "load out of date addons" that way all ur addons will work.

step 7: and done, log into wow, and u should see your addon working!.
